We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on The Mom Shirt Shop System. If you go through the system and feel it is not the right fit, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No hoops. No hard feelings.
Exceptions
If you did not receive access to your product after purchase, or if there is a technical issue on our end that prevents delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your access to the product will be revoked immediately. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving any issues fairly.
